Builwork established its Vietnam operations in 2016, and sees great potential for our high quality property management services throughout the country. We are very excited, proud and grateful to be a part of Vietnam’s rapid economic and social development, and to have the opportunity to do business in this amazing country.    

Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is South East Asia’s Second largest city and has been undergoing a major transformation over recent years into an economic and lifestyle hub of the region. Many expatiates are moving to HCMC, where foreign direct investment is also a major contributor to the economy.

 

This has seen many new properties and developments in Vietnam’s largest city, making the need for Builwork’s Japanese standard, high-quality property management ever more important.
